George Southgate has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. George is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Artisan Aesthetic Clinics, where they are responsible for clinical operations, client services, analytics, education and training, and call centre operations. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Legal & Risk Officer and Company Secretary for Vita Group Limited, overseeing the legal function and regulatory requirements of the company. George also held roles as General Manager Legal Services and General Manager at Vita Group, where they handled commercial and corporate matters, corporate governance, intellectual property, health regulation, and employment matters.
Before joining Vita Group, George worked as a Senior Associate in the Commercial Disputes group at Lander & Rogers law firm. George represented clients in civil disciplinary and judicial review proceedings. George previously worked as a solicitor at Hall Payne Lawyers, focusing on legal matters. George also has academic experience as a Sessional Academic and Alternate Member at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) and as a Guest Lecturer at Griffith University.
George's work experience also includes serving as a Health & Litigation Solicitor at TressCox Lawyers. George began their career as a Registered Nurse at Queensland Health.
