Elaine Rudolphi

Elaine Rudolphi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as General Manager at Artisan Kitchens since December 2023, Elaine has previously held significant positions including Vice President of Manufacturing at Hydrofarm LLC and Global Manufacturing Director at SC Johnson. Additional roles include Director of Manufacturing at IsoNova Technologies LLC and various management positions at ConAgra Foods and Rockwell Collins. Elaine's career began in the US Army as a Captain before transitioning to the corporate sector where a strong foundation in engineering was established with a BS in Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and an MS in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
