Sam Sellers

Sam Sellers has a diverse work experience in the financial and legal sectors. From 2008 to 2013, they worked as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, specializing in securities law and bank loans. In 2013, they joined Artisan Partners as the Deputy General Counsel, where they were responsible for corporate strategy, communications, and strategic projects. Sam then held the position of Head of Investment Operations from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Artisan Partners.

Sam Sellers attended the University of Chicago Law School from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, Sam studied at The University of Kansas, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy.
