As the Founder Director of Artisan People Limited since May 2013, Tim has built a reputable firm specializing in recruiting exceptional talent for clients in Museums & Galleries, Luxury Retail, Beauty & Fashion, and Hospitality. Additionally, Tim established Artisan Airside in September 2017, focusing on providing candidates to airside retail outlets and brands, ensuring outstanding customer service in high-pressure environments. Previously, Tim served as a Director at Seyner Benson from January 2001 to April 2012. Tim holds a BA Hons in English Language and Literature from the University of Warwick, earned between 1991 and 1996.
