Kira Krauss

Kira is a GTM specialist at the firm, and operates in SF & LA while building out Artisanal’s NYC office. She’s a passion fueled, 24/7/365 kind of character! Kira spent her formative years as a child actress, and credits her unshakeable work ethic and performance driven mindset to her time spent in the entertainment industry. She just out hustled competitors in a brutal, cut throat industry before joining leading retained search firm, Daversa Partners in 2013. Kira spent over 5 years building out the senior leadership teams for top tier VC & PE backed enterprise software and consumer tech companies spanning from NYC to the Bay Area.

Kira always had the itch to operate, and prior to joining Artisanal, she was recruited by a major client, Zwift, a high-growth consumer tech company in LA. She joined as VP of People and “became a client” to search, which was eye opening to say the least. Ultimately, she realized that search is her first love, and joined Artisanal in 2019 with a fresh perspective. Having sat on the other side of the table, Kira deeply understands how valuable it is to have a search partner that is highly collaborative, transparent, and operates with a sense of urgency and precision. And most of all, willing to work at least as hard as her clients.

Kira is a proud mom of almost two year old Kaia, loves to make homemade pizza with her husband, Rob, and considers herself to be an amateur wine enthusiast and lover of pugs.
