Hani al-Husseini

Hani Al-Husseini serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ARTOC Group for Investment & Development since February 2020, overseeing court cases, arbitration, and contract review to ensure legal compliance within the organization. Previously, Hani held the position of Legal Director at Challenger Trading & Contracting W.L.L from June 2016 to November 2019, where leadership of a skilled legal team supported business operations within the law. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Al Futtaim Group from July 2007 to June 2016, focusing on litigation and corporate legal support, and as Legal Counsel for Al Moutahedin Company for Safety & Security from February 2004 to May 2007, ensuring legal compliance and advising on strategic plans. Hani began a legal career at Al Asharji Law Firm as a Lawyer from June 2001 to January 2004, gaining extensive experience in litigation and commercial law. Hani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Zagazig, earned between 1997 and 2001.
