Aela Pozzo di Borgo has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. In 2014, Aela worked as an Assistant Brand Manager at General Mills. From 2015 to 2015, Aela was a Business Development Assistant at Worldline Global, where they specialized in their Big Data offer tailored for retailers. Aela then joined Octoly in 2016 as a Business Development Assistant, where they successfully managed free trials and signed clients, launched YouTube campaigns, and reported on campaign analytics. Aela continued working at Octoly as a Senior Customer Success Manager from 2017 to 2019, focusing on beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands. At Skello, Aela worked as a Customer Success Manager - Key Account in 2019. In 2019, Aela joined Artur'In as the Head of Customer Success & Support and later became the Head of Strategic & Product Marketing in 2022. Aela's experience spans customer success, business development, marketing, and account management roles.
Aela Pozzo di Borgo started their education by completing their French Baccalauréat at Saint Louis de Gonzague-Franklin from 2009 to 2011. Aela then attended Saint-Michel de Picpus from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued Classe préparatoire - ECE. Continuing their studies, Aela attended EDHEC Business School from 2013 to 2017, earning a Master 1 degree in Business Management. In 2016-2017, they also pursued a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Later in 2019, they completed an Entrepreneurship Bootcamp at Join Lion.
