Ibbi Almufti

Ibbi Almufti is a Principal at Arup, where tenure began in July 2006. Almufti specializes in resilience-based seismic design and climate risk assessments, serving as Project Manager for notable projects such as 181 Fremont Tower and for various datacenter clients across the United States. Almufti has held significant roles as Project Director for initiatives involving Stanford University, UBC, and the Judicial Council of California. Prior to Arup, Almufti worked as a Structural Engineer at Allco Engineering, focusing on custom home design, forensic analysis, and construction management. Almufti holds a Master's degree in Structural/Seismic Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from UCLA.
