Malinda Burrell

Malinda Burrell has extensive experience in the IT and client services sectors, primarily at ARUP Laboratories since May 2007. In various roles, including IT Clinical Systems Analyst Sr, II, I, and Specialist, Malinda co-led the Patient Accounting/Charge Services team, focusing on improving efficiency through process documentation, tool development, and interdepartmental collaboration. Previous positions include leadership in client services, where Malinda managed multiple teams and handled escalated customer issues. Malinda’s career began in customer service roles at Discover Card, Petco, and SHOPKO, complemented by an Associate of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems from Salt Lake Community College.
