Pavel Svingal

Pavel Svingal is a seasoned professional in project and program management, holding certifications as a PMP, Prince 2, and ITIL Practitioner. Currently serving as the Business Transformation & Services Director at Arval BNP Paribas Group since February 2021, Pavel leads the PMO and RPA team. Previous experience includes product ownership and agile transformation roles at Ferratum Group, along with program management and senior project management positions focused on financial projects and regulatory compliance. Pavel's career also encompasses significant contributions at ČSOB Finančná skupina in ICT project management, and extensive project leadership roles at Dell, where achievements included cost savings and improved operational performance.
