Jeremy Nyam is an experienced professional in service operations and managed services, currently serving as the Director of Service Operations at Arvato Systems Malaysia since November 2020. Previous roles include Head of Managed Services at NEC Corporation of Malaysia Sdn Bhd, where governance of the business unit's P&L and strategic planning was essential.
