Deborah Kroeger

Deborah Kroeger, MBA, SPHR, serves as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Arvinas since May 2021. With extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, Deborah previously held roles as a Senior Consultant at Michael E. Marion & Associates Inc. and as Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at LEO Pharma, where a global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence was established. Prior positions include Global Talent Acquisition Integration Lead at Teva/Actavis/Allergan and Executive Director of HR Service Delivery at Actavis plc, contributing to significant organizational growth and efficiencies. Deborah also has a solid academic background with an MBA focused on Healthcare Leadership from Boise State University, a Master of Arts in Counseling & Personnel Services, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The College of New Jersey.
