Nofar Glaich

Nofar Glaich has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Manager at Pluri since April 2011, where responsibilities include managing a team focused on welfare and administration, leading recruitment processes, and partnering with the management team to implement HR programs and policies. Prior to this role, Nofar served as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing professional consultation to executives and developing HR processes for talent and leadership management. Nofar began the career as a Recruitment Referent at Iron Mazanim from 2009 to 2011. Nofar holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services as well as a Bachelor's degree in Sociology & Human Resource from the University of Haifa.
