Janice Kapty

Janice Kapty, PhD, currently serves as Vice President and Estrogen Receptor Global Asset Lead at Arvinas since January 2023. Prior roles include Vice President and Global Program Head for pelabresib at MorphoSys, Executive Director and Program Leader at Constellation Pharmaceuticals, Senior Director at Bristol Myers Squibb overseeing development programs for fedratinib and enasidenib, and Director of Project Management at Celgene, where Janice managed complex workstreams for the luspatercept program. Janice's career also includes significant contributions to Global Medical Affairs at Celgene and Pfizer, as well as earlier experience in medical information and regulatory affairs at Maxima Pharmaceuticals. Janice holds a PhD in Oncology from the University of Alberta, a Mini-MBA from Rutgers Business School, and various certificates in finance and project management.
