Roger Mazotti

Roger Mazotti is an experienced marketing and business development professional in the composite materials sector, currently serving as the Global Marketing and New Business Development Manager for the Primaset® Cyanate Ester product line at Arxada since October 2021. Prior to this role, Roger held various positions at Lonza from January 2000 to October 2021, including Global Marketing Manager, Global Product Manager, Head of Production, and Plant Chemist, showcasing extensive expertise in strategic marketing, product management, and production oversight. Roger began a career in the industry as a Chemical Laboratory Technician at Lonza and has also worked as a Process/Sales Engineer at Stawag Biotech AG.
