Tabitha McLeish

Tabitha McLeish currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategy and Marketing at Arxada since February 2024. Previously, Tabitha held the position of Global Marketing Director at Sherwin-Williams, where responsibilities included development of global strategies for powder coatings, oversight of product portfolio across multiple plants, and leading new product development processes. Prior to this, Tabitha was North American Marketing Manager and R&D Solutions Lab Manager at AkzoNobel, and held various roles at AkzoNobel Powder Coatings and Rohm and Haas, focusing on market strategy, product development, and team leadership. Tabitha's early career included work as an Associate Scientist at DuPont Merck Pharmaceutical Company. Tabitha holds an MBA from Alvernia University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Gettysburg College.
