Shevonne Ross

Shevonne Ross is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical writing, user experience (UX) design, and customer service. Currently serving as Supervisor of Technical Writing & UX Design at ARxIUM since February 2022, Shevonne also holds roles as a UX Designer and Technical Writer. Previous experience includes working as a Retail Sales Associate at Coal and Canary, where responsibilities focused on customer service and product promotion, and roles at INTERNATIONAL MUSIC CAMP INC as a Concessionist and Ovations Food Service as a Food Service Worker, both of which involved customer interaction and inventory management. Shevonne's educational background includes a Diploma in Graphic Design from RRC Polytech and ongoing Bachelor's degrees in Fine/Studio Arts and Ancient/Classical Greek Language and Literature from the University of Manitoba.
