Alvin Howard

Alvin Howard is an experienced project manager currently serving as Principal Project Manager at AS Software since October 2022, following a distinguished tenure at Cerner Corporation from July 2004 to September 2022. At Cerner, Alvin held various senior roles, including Senior Engagement Owner for Partner Validation & Delivery in Global Services, where responsibilities encompassed the design and management of the SMART On FHIR App Implementation program, successfully overseeing over 200 app projects for more than 130 clients. Previous roles involved significant contributions to the PowerChart Touch mobile application and leadership in high-profile projects such as the London Health Science Centre’s “HUGO” project in Canada. Earlier career experience includes IT analysis at DST Systems and military service as a Sergeant in the United States Army. Alvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Network and Communication Management from DeVry University.
