Sharlyne Tsai

Sharlyne Tsai, PMP has over 15 years of work experience in various roles related to information technology and project management. Sharlyne started their career at Continental Security Systems as an Office Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Accountant where they implemented systems to reduce expenses and increase staff time reporting accuracy. Sharlyne then moved on to CADCA where they served as an IT Manager, redeveloping member surveys to reduce costs. Currently, they are the Director of Information Technology at the American Society of Appraisers, where they have designed and implemented a help desk ticketing solution and established tiered help support to improve support and time management. Sharlyne Tsai has proven experience in implementing efficient systems and managing IT projects.

Sharlyne Tsai, PMP has a diverse education history. Sharlyne received their Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating in 2005. During their time at UNC Chapel Hill, they also pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry. In 2023, they enrolled in the Quantic School of Business and Technology to pursue an Executive MBA.
