Edward Egwalu

Edward Egwalu has over 10 years of work experience in the IT field. Edward began their professional career in 2008 as an IT Intern at Monitor Publications Limited- A Nation Media Group Company. Edward then served as an IT Support Officer at EarthWise Ventures and Equatorial Wild Safaris from 2010 to 2011. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an IT Officer at Pilgrim Africa, followed by a role as an IT Consultant at Council for African Policy (CAP) from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, they were an IT Consultant at Bukalasa Agricultural College - Ministry of Agriculture. Since 2017, they have served as an IT Consultant at both Uganda College of Commerce (UCC) and Destiny Community Development Initiatives (DECODI). Edward is currently the COO of Asaak.

Edward Egwalu has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute (UMI) from 2018 to 2019. Edward also holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Uganda Christian University from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Kyambogo College School from 2003 to 2004 and Soroti Secondary School from 1999 to 2002.
