Rocky Armstrong

Rocky Armstrong currently serves as the Global Head of Safety and Wellbeing at Asahi Group Holdings, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Rocky was the Group General Manager of Environment, Health, Safety & Wellbeing for Oceania at Asahi Beverages from January 2023 to February 2024. Rocky's extensive experience in health and safety management includes serving as the Group Health and Safety Manager for Oceania at Holcim Australia from December 2017 to January 2023, and as the Group Manager for Health, Safety, Environment & Quality at Singapore Power Telecom Limited from January 2012 to December 2017. Earlier in Rocky's career, significant contributions were made as the Asia Pacific Health and Safety Manager, National Safety Manager, and National Rehabilitation Manager at Linfox from 2004 to 2012. Rocky holds an M.B.A. from Melbourne Business School, a Bachelor's Degree in Science from Victoria University, and a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from Holmesglen, complemented by leadership training from Leadership Victoria.
