Cristina Guevara is an accomplished policy and legislative advisor with extensive experience in public policy and international relations. Currently serving at the Asamblea Nacional de Panamá since January 2023, Cristina previously worked as a Senior Public Policy Associate at the Americas Society/Council of the Americas from August 2021 to January 2023. Prior roles include Assistant Director and various positions at the Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center at the Atlantic Council, as well as a Graduate Fellow at McLarty Associates and a Graduate Consultant at the International Republican Institute. Cristina's background also includes internships and assistant roles at Freedom House, The George Washington University, Museo de la Libertad y los Derechos Humanos, MullenLowe Profero, and TVN Media. Cristina holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Holy Cross College.
