A typical day for Yesenia involves checking in with the management team, going over quickbooks, completing phone interviews, reviewing billing, and any other tasks that need to be completed for the day.

She was led to work in this field after working previously in real estate, but was offered a position to manage facilities in treatment. Being familiar with facilities and also knowing she was doing her part to help the program felt like a great opportunity for her. Over the past seven years it has led her to greater opportunities and to where she is now. She loves the opportunity to get to meet new people and recruit helpful people who want to make a difference everyday in the lives of the patients. She uses her strengths of customer service and ability to adapt to different environments in her position as ASANA Recovery.
