Niranjan Ravichandran

Niranjan Ravichandran is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Engineering Lead and Vancouver Site Lead at Asana since December 2013, overseeing product development and managing a growing team of over 50 personnel. With a strong background in mobile engineering, Niranjan has led various initiatives including the mobile infrastructure and notifications teams, and held interim and full-time leadership roles in Growth and Adoption. Prior to Asana, Niranjan was a Senior Software Engineer at LinkedIn, contributing to the iPad app, and has held positions at companies such as Apple Inc., NVIDIA, and UCLA’s Embedded and Reconfigurable Computing Lab. Niranjan holds an MS in Computer Science from UCLA and a BE in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, alongside experience as an Adjunct Professor at UBC Electrical and Computer Engineering.
