Terry Valdiviezo

Terry Valdiviezo, a Global Support Enablement Manager at Asana since September 2020, previously held positions such as Support Operations Manager and Support Lead at Scratch from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, Terry worked at Eventbrite from 2013 to 2017, starting as a Customer Experience Representative and eventually becoming a Customer Experience Team Lead. Terry also served as a Campaign Specialist for Team In Training and as a Campaign Assistant for Light The Night Walk at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society from 2011 to 2013. Terry holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Industry Management from the University of San Francisco.
