Nitya Kaushik

Nitya Kaushik is an experienced communications professional with a career spanning over 17 years in notable organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Communications at Asar since April 2024, Nitya previously held the position of Head of Communications at WRI India from April 2022 to February 2024. Nitya's extensive background includes roles as Media Lead at the World Resources Institute, Senior Communications Manager for the Species and Landscapes division at WWF-India, and Senior Media Officer at Greenpeace India. Additionally, Nitya worked as a Senior Copywriter for Reader's Digest India and as a Senior Correspondent for The Indian Express, focusing on environmental and animal rights issues.
