Currently serving as an Executive Coach at NC State University and as a Subject Matter Speaker for The Rise Journey, Granoff specializes in Leadership Development and Coaching. Prior roles include Project Manager at Shopperations Research & Technology and Manager of Sales Capability at Mars Confectionery and Mars Chocolate, where collaboration with sales leaders led to tailored development plans and the facilitation of global Sales College curriculum.
