Aleisha Groufsky

Aleisha Groufsky has extensive experience in the banking and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Business Banking Assistant at ASB Bank since October 2017, with a brief secondment as a Workforce Planner. Prior to ASB Bank, Aleisha worked at Bankwest from February 2014 to August 2017, holding various roles including Business Banking Specialist and Customer Service Specialist, focusing on home loan transfers and customer service. Aleisha's experience also includes a role as a Customer Service Representative and Contact Centre Team Leader, along with foundational skills developed during a tenure at the Ministry of Social Development from November 2009 to October 2012. Aleisha completed education at Riccarton High School from 2003 to 2007.
