Stephen Underwood

Stephen Underwood is a skilled professional with extensive experience in data analytics and insights across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Chapter Lead for Data & Analytics in the Remediation sector at ASB Bank since November 2021, Stephen has previously held roles as Senior Insights Specialist and Insights Specialist. Prior to ASB Bank, Stephen worked at IAG as a Senior Pricing Analyst from November 2020 to November 2021. Stephen’s career began at AA Insurance NZ, where a progression from Customer Service Representative to Data Analyst highlighted a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making. Stephen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics from Massey University, completed in 2013, and is an alumnus of Westlake Boys High School.
