Tim Rennie

Tim Rennie serves as Senior Legal Counsel at ASB Bank, specializing in SaaS and technology matters while supporting technology transformation initiatives. Previously, Rennie was General Counsel at Vyne, providing part-time legal advisory services for an open banking payments provider. Rennie managed legal functions for Laybuy across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK during a period of ASX listing. Additional experience includes roles as a legal consultant for Lexoo and Juno Legal, as well as Head of Legal for epay Worldwide, overseeing global legal matters. Rennie has held various legal counsel positions and served on the Board of Trustees for Khulisa. Academically, Rennie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Laws, along with completion of an Advanced English Grammar Course.
