Adam Cantrell

Adam Cantrell, MBA, CCP has extensive work experience in various roles within the automotive and financial industries. Adam joined Asbury Automotive Group in 2013 and currently holds the position of VP, Total Rewards. In this role, they are responsible for aligning pay with performance and driving company objectives through compensation programs. Prior to this, Adam served as the Sr. Director of Compensation, Director of Compensation, Manager of Compensation, and Sr. Compensation Analyst at Asbury Automotive Group, where they developed and implemented compensation programs across all levels of the organization. Before joining Asbury Automotive Group, they worked at Global Lending Services as a Credit Analyst and at SunTrust Bank as a Banker. Adam began their career with Asbury Automotive Group as a MIT (Manager in Training).

Adam Cantrell holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services which they obtained from Clemson University in the years 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Anderson University (SC) from 2011 to 2014. In 2015 to 2017, Adam obtained certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from the WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals.
