Kelly Baker

Kelly Baker has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Chief Audit Executive and Vice President of Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance at Asbury Automotive Group since August 2009. In this role, Kelly directs internal audit and compliance programs for a large organization, overseeing operations involving 17,000 employees across diverse automotive franchises and service centers. Previous roles at Asbury Automotive Group include Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant General Counsel, demonstrating a strong legal and compliance background. Prior to Asbury, Kelly practiced law at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP, specializing in automotive, franchise, land use, and antitrust litigation. Kelly holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and advanced degrees in Political Science and Statistics from the University of Tennessee and Brigham Young University.
