Faye Betsker

Faye Betsker has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, starting as a Recruiter at RPS in 1993. Faye then moved on to Arnold Logistics as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources from 1995 to 1999. Following that, they worked at Messiah Lifeways as the Director of Human Resources for 17 years. Most recently, Faye held the position of Director of Human Resources & Corporate Compliance Officer at Bethany Village within Asbury Communities, Inc., before transitioning to the role of Regional Human Resources Director for Pennsylvania in 2021.

Faye Betsker graduated from Mifflinburg Area Senior High School in 1989. Faye then attended Elizabethtown College from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a BA in Marketing & Management. Additionally, they received certifications in Healthcare Compliance from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB)® in 2018.
