Alan Haas

Alan Haas is a Manufacturing Engineer at American Shizuki Corporation, where since June 2010, significant contributions include the implementation of automated cleaning equipment, achieving a 500% reduction in direct labor, as well as the design, development, and programming of automated test equipment. Prior experience as a Design Engineer involved utilizing 3D CAD software to design custom film capacitors and assemblies, leading to increased profitability through cost reductions and collaboration with customers on new applications. Previously, at Daktronics from May 2007 to April 2010, Alan Haas created AutoCAD electrical designs, schematic layouts, and wiring diagrams for large format LED displays. Alan Haas holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from South Dakota State University, obtained between 2007 and 2010, and attended South Dakota Mines from 2004 to 2007.
