Ruslan Shcherbyna

Ruslan Shcherbyna is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with a diverse background in construction, investment, and commercial management. As the Founder and CEO of Praktika Consulting since March 2022, Ruslan leads initiatives in advanced construction technologies and supports Ukraine's recovery through infrastructure projects. In parallel, Ruslan serves as a Partner at smartcom holding, specializing in M&A and investment advisory services, while also advising the ASCANIA GROUP and previously holding the Chief Commercial Officer role at Mriya Agro Holding. Ruslan's extensive experience includes leadership positions at Dilmah Tea, AVEC Group, and other notable firms, supported by a Master of Engineering degree from the National Technical University of Ukraine and legal studies at the Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
