Hayley Dukes

Hayley Dukes is the Vice President of Licensing at ASCAP. Hayley has over 10 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry.

Hayley started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse. Hayley then transitioned to MTV Networks, where they were a Senior Analyst for Digital Pricing & Inventory. Hayley then went on to get their MBA from Columbia Business School. During their time there, they interned at Sony Music Entertainment and A+E Networks.

After graduation, Hayley started working at AMC Networks in their Content Acquisition & International department. Hayley was promoted to Vice President of Operations & Licensing after a year and a half. In July 2020, Hayley transitioned to their current role as Vice President of Licensing at ASCAP.

Hayley Dukes has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School and a degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Pennsylvania.

Hayley Dukes reports to Stephanie Ruyle, EVP, Licensing. Hayley Dukes works with Ray Schwind - VP, Licensing, John Bonaccorso - VP, Customer Experience, and John Johnson - SVP, Licensing.
