Bryan Baecker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and consulting across various industries. As the CEO, Founder, and Principal Consultant of Home Host Advisors, Bryan leverages expertise in the vacation rental market. Additionally, Bryan serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Chief of Staff Roundtable and has experience as an Airbnb (Super)Host. Previous roles include notable positions at T-Mobile as Chief of Staff for the Value Added Services Product Team and interim lead for the Partner Products Team, as well as a Senior Technical Product Manager and Employer Team Lead at Bluecrew. Bryan is currently pursuing a Full-time MBA with a concentration in Innovation at Xavier University, following a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton.
