Michelle Weiner, LMSW, LSW, is a dedicated hospice social worker currently employed at Ascend Health since September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a social work intern at CancerCare from September 2022 to April 2023 and working as an intake counselor at The Door - A Center of Alternatives between August 2021 and June 2022. Michelle also volunteered at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital from February 2020 to May 2021 as a Child Life and Covid Screening Volunteer and worked as a crisis counselor for Crisis Text Line during the same period.
