Rui Yang (杨睿)

Rui Yang started their work experience as a Visiting Student at Microsoft Research China from July 1999 to July 2001. Rui then joined Yahoo! as a Technique Yahoo from August 2004 to March 2008. After that, they worked at Ooyala as a Staff Engineer from March 2008 to June 2013. Following this, they joined Linc Global Inc (formerly Proximiant Inc) as an Engineer from June 2013 to March 2015. Rui then became a Principal Engineer at Citrus Lane, a Care.Com Company, from April 2015 to November 2015. Currently, they are working at Ascend.io as an Engineer since December 2015.

Rui Yang completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Peking University from 1994 to 1998. Rui then pursued a Master of Science degree in Remote Sensing at the Chinese Academy of Sciences from 1998 to 2001. Subsequently, they obtained another Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, studying from 2001 to 2003.
