Benjamin Kantor is a seasoned professional in animation and technical art, currently serving as the Manager of Animation and Technical Art at Ascend Learning since January 2020. With a track record of managing teams and implementing process improvements, Kantor achieved a remarkable 2900% increase in productivity in 2022. Previously, as a Lead Production Animator, Kantor was instrumental in transforming the Kognito production team into a shared service for educational simulations. Prior experience includes roles at Kognito, Sony Computer Entertainment America, and various freelance positions, with a solid education foundation in Digital Media Design from the University of Pennsylvania and further training at Animation Mentor.
