Daniel van Loenen

Daniel van Loenen currently serves as the Head of Corporate Development & Investor Relations at Ascend Sport Technology, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Daniel was an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley, focusing on Media & Communications from July 2021 to July 2023, and had experience in private equity with Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, LLC, covering the Benelux and UK regions. Teaching experience includes a role as a Guest Lecturer at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, covering topics in accounting and international financial reporting. Daniel's educational qualifications include a Master Exchange at The Wharton School and an MSc in Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Management. A BSc in International Business Administration was also obtained from Rotterdam School of Management, alongside various summer analyst positions at HSBC, UBS, and Morgan Stanley.
