Jeremy Bals

Jeremy Bals has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Jeremy began their career at Cable USA in 1997, where they served as an Information Technology Manager in charge of a call center and network administration team. In 2001, they joined Charter Communications as an Information Technology Supervisor and Lead Network Engineer, responsible for designing and managing data networks. Jeremy then moved to RCom as a General Manager, overseeing customer sales, support, and network operations for a Wireless Internet Service Provider. Jeremy later joined USA Communications as the Chief Operations Officer, where they managed fiber optic internet, telephone, and television services for rural communities in multiple states. Currently, in 2022, Jeremy is working at Ascend Technology Group as a Service Operations Manager. In this role, they are responsible for managing the service operations of the company. Throughout their career, Jeremy has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to operational efficiency and customer service.

Jeremy Bals has a diverse education history. Jeremy attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where they studied Computer Science and Information Systems as well as Business Administration. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Ravenna Senior High School, focusing on Computer Science, Language, and Advanced Science. In the year before attending Ravenna, Jeremy attended Grand Island Central Catholic High School.
