Randy Nixon

Randy Nixon is an accomplished analytics and operations manager with extensive experience in various leadership roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Analytics at Ascend, a MAXIMUS Company, since February 2020, Randy focuses on building an analytics team and integrating advanced tools to enhance reporting solutions. Randy's early career included leading project implementations at CallCopy Inc., overseeing contact center operations at Affinion Group, and managing customer service teams at UnumProvident.
