Project Management Assistant at Ascendeum

Likhith Kalmady has had a varied work experience, starting in 2012 as a Technical Support Engineer at Mphasis, then as an Assistant Accountant at Infosys from 2016, a Senior Process Executive at Cognizant from 2021, and currently as a Project Management Assistant at Ascendeum since 2022. At Mphasis, their role was to provide first level support through calls and handle domain queries and issues, as well as installation of software and printer configuration. At Infosys, they were responsible for PM or DM OTR and PMO activities, creation of LOEs and project codes in Order Management System, and allocation of resources to respective project codes. At Cognizant, they assisted Project Managers and Senior Delivery Managers in delegating client application access, and assisted PMs in billing resources within the project after monitoring individual timesheet tracker. Finally, at Ascendeum, they are maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, as well as organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings and documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
