Anton Shustov has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Anton started their career in 2003 at Unitrade Group, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become a Regional Director. During this time, they were responsible for staff recruitment and training, organization of team-building events, and forming the corporate culture. Anton also had experience in opening new stores and achieving profitability within a short period of time.
In 2009, Anton joined Knigoland as a Megastore Director and successfully implemented new merchandising principles and introduced a new product line, resulting in a 30% increase in turnover.
Anton's next role was at PriceNavigator, where they served as the Head of Sales Department. Anton significantly improved customer loyalty and increased the efficiency of the customer base by developing new product lines and creating a core group of corporate clients. Anton also implemented corporate standards and business processes.
From 2011 to 2013, Anton worked as a Superstore Director at Eldorado UA, where they developed and implemented methods of KPI control, provided sales training to the team, and made improvements to assortments and merchandising.
In 2014, Anton joined several companies simultaneously. At IBS Group Ukraine, they worked as a Product Owner for a brief period. Anton then moved on to Fastw3b / GoodPoint, where they served as a Project / Sales Manager and developed a new product, overseeing all aspects of its implementation. Anton also worked as a Product / Project Manager at Lardi-Market during this time.
From 2014 to 2018, Anton worked at Lardi-Trans as a Product Manager, responsible for defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer and business needs, and driving the development of new features. Anton worked on various products in the transportation domain, including a B2B web service, API integrations, web and mobile applications, and a fleet management system.
In 2018, Anton joined nuWeb as a Product Manager / Lead Business Analyst. Anton defined the product vision, identified business requirements, and collaborated with all teams and departments to develop and implement the product roadmap. Anton also managed the product backlog and software requirements.
Most recently, Anton joined Ascendix Technologies in 2019 as a Senior Business Analyst / Resource Manager.
Anton Shustov began their education at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in 1998 and completed their Master of Science in Applied Mathematics in 2003. During the same period, they also obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the same university.
