Julia Mattos

Julia Mattos is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in UI/UX design and team leadership. Currently serving as Design Lead at Ascendum Solutions since March 2017, Julia manages tasks for a design team and supports the professional development of team members while overseeing client and internal design work. Previously, as a Senior UI/UX Designer, Julia played a pivotal role in creating user-centered interactive experiences for mobile and web platforms. Julia's background also includes positions at Sourcebits Digital, where mobile apps and websites were designed across various industries, and Crowd Reactive, where website redesigns and client design projects were managed. Julia started the professional journey as a UI Designer and Developer at quintas.pt, specializing in website development and design. Julia holds Bachelor's Degrees in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Portsmouth and New Technologies of Communication from Universidade de Aveiro.
