Rodrigo Cerveira, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rodrigo most recently held the position of Vice President of Credit Risk and Loan Servicing at Ascendus, starting in March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing credit risk and loan servicing operations. Prior to that, Rodrigo served as the Director of SBA Lending, where they successfully executed the strategy to market, process, and report outcomes of the SBA Community Advantage program. Rodrigo also fostered new business relationships and conducted research to identify optimal locations for generating high ROI.

Before their role as the Director, Rodrigo held the position of Regional Manager at Ascendus, where they played a crucial role in expanding market presence by establishing partnerships with banks and community organizations. Rodrigo managed regional loan portfolios and successfully executed strategies for organizational growth in new markets. As a Team Leader and Business Consultant, they provided support to the lending team, executed outreach strategies, and formed new partnerships.

Prior to Ascendus, Rodrigo served as an Operations Manager at System4 of Boston, where they oversaw operational activities. Rodrigo also held the position of General Manager at WE Language School, where they managed the overall operations of the school.

Rodrigo Cerveira, MBA has a diverse education history. Rodrigo obtained their Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree in Architecture from Centro Universitário da Grande Dourados in the period between 1995 and 2000. Following this, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Project Management at Universidade Católica de Brasília from 2010 to 2012. Lastly, Cerveira completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College from 2016 to 2018.
