Leah Boyle

Leah Boyle has extensive work experience in human resources. Leah currently works at Ascensus Specialties, where they have held the position of Vice President of Human Resources since May 2022. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Director at Ascensus Specialties from August 2017 to October 2022. Before joining Ascensus Specialties, Leah worked at WESCO Distribution as the Manager of Human Resources from October 2015 to August 2017. At WESCO Distribution, they provided HR consultation and support for business decisions, including talent acquisition, performance management, and culture management initiatives. Leah also worked at PLS Logistics Services as the Director of Human Resources from May 2008 to October 2015, where they oversaw transportation logistics solutions and expanded the company's partnerships. Leah began their career at ServiceLink, where they served as the Payroll/Benefits Manager from June 2004 to May 2008. In this role, they managed payroll and benefits implementation and policies for the company.

Leah Boyle pursued their education in a systematic manner. In 2000, they enrolled at PennWest Clarion, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing in 2004. Leah then decided to further enhance their knowledge and skills by attending Robert Morris University from 2006 to 2008. During this period, they obtained their Masters degree in Human Resources.
