Nicolas Modas has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2013 as an Office Clerk at the Law Offices of Amari and Locallo. In 2016, they became a Camp Counselor at Pro Ambitions Hockey. In 2019, they were a Human Resource Intern at Dynatrace. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at FactoryFix, first as a Customer Success Manager and then as a Recruiter. Currently, they are an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Ascent Cloud.
Nicolas Modas attended Central Michigan University from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a degree in Human Resource Management. In August 2021, they earned a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
