Paul Donaghy

Paul Donaghy is a seasoned professional in the aviation training and media development sector, currently serving as a Media Development Specialist at Ascent Flight Training since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Training Designer at Aircraft Briefings and Helidecks Training Solutions, where involvement focused on the design of training programs for rotary wing aviation. Additionally, Paul held the position of Aviation Training Consultant at the Merlin Helicopter Training School under the UK Ministry of Defence, contributing to training design and e-learning development. An extensive career spanning nearly two decades with the Royal Navy as an Aircraft Engineer provided foundational expertise in aircraft systems maintenance and technical training curriculum development.
